Microblading is a form of permanent makeup and is a technique of enhancing the appearance of eyebrows. Using a hand tool and blade, natural pigment is deposited into the upper dermal layer of the skin, making it semi-permanent for 1-2 years, depending on the skin type.
Book your free consultation to discuss more, skin test the pigment and go through consultation form to ensure your the right person for Microblading.
This includes a free touch up 4-6weeks after. Appointment will be up to 2hours.
Touch up after one year is £100. If Microblading is fully faded then this will be the full price of £200. Please book a consultation prior so we can re skin test you and look over your brows.
Your appointment will not be carried out unless you have had a consultation/skin test prior to your appointment. Avoid any blood thinning medication for a minimum of 72 hours prior to their appointment. This includes Vitamin E, Aspirin and ibuprofen as they are natural blood thinners.
Do not drink any alcohol 24 hours before and limit the amount of caffeine you consume. This will affect the colour deposit and may make you more prone to sensitivity and/or cause more bleeding.
If you have been on Accutane in the past, you must wait at least one year before considering this procedure.
It is highly recommended that you avoid intense sun exposure and tanning bed exposure for 20 days before and after your procedure. If you show up to your appointment with a new tan or sunburn, you will need to reschedule.
Avoid waxing the procedure area 2-3 days prior.
Avoid getting any type of facial peel at least one week prior.
You may want to shower ahead of time because you will need to avoid getting them wet and over hydrated after the appointment.
On the day of the procedure we will ask you to complete a full consultation form to consent for the treatment to go ahead. Once I am ready I shall go over the desired colour going through our colour chart with the client choosing the most suitable shade. We start with cleaning the eyebrows and take a before photo/video. We start by carefully mapping the brow marking where the brow should start, the highest point (arch) and determining where the tail should end. These measurements are tailored to the clients facial shape and gives us the perfect shape for the specific client. Once we have drew a shape (border) we will check you are happy with this before we go ahead with the blading. Once we are both happy with the shape and symmetry we are ready to go ahead with the microblading.
Immediately after your appointment your brows will be the darkest they will be and will lighten upto 30% once healed, you may experience redness or slight swelling so we do advise no heavy activity after your appointment. You will be given a aftercare kit by ASM Beauty with instructions and we advise you follow this very carefully. Your aftercare will take 5days. It will typically take 7-14 days for the brows to peel/flake. They may appear very light underneath after they peel due to the tissue still healing from the inside out, even though the surface has healed. Your skin heals over the top of the strokes and will naturally exfoliate itself. The true colour will reveal itself once fully healed after the touch up. Again, this all depends your skin. High quality pigments and equipment are used to ensure the best results but do not guarantee how your skin will react to the procedure. after 5days you will no longer have to follow your aftercare . During your healing process we advise to avoid being in the sun and avoid using sunbeds, saunsas & steam rooms. We touch up the brows 4-6weeks after your first appointment to ensure everythings healed throughout. After your touch up the same aftercare will apply for another 5days then once these have fully healed this will be your final result!
