We do not offer refunds to our services. If you are unhappy we will be more then happy to rectify. Please contact us immediately it you have any concerns. If you are more then 10minutes late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be lost so please make sure you arrive on time.

If you cancel within 24hours you will loose your deposit, any time before this you can reschedule online by logging in.

Please arrive alone to your appointment, we don't have huge space, we cannot allow buggy's or wheelchairs in the room. We ask clients don't bring anyone children to their appointment, if this is a MUST, we ask you let us know prior so we can make sure the room wont be too busy. Please avoid bringing small children, we cannot supervise your children whilst performing top quality service.

Payments can be made cash, transfer or card.

Semi Permanent - Like all treatments aftercare is really important, but especially for SPMU. This is a pricy treatment that is designed to last years, so please follow the provided aftercare and instructions carefully for the best retention. Everyone is different, if for any reason you have retention issues AFTER 4-6 week touch up then please contact us.
